Have you returned your RSVP for the Family Art Night?

Your child probably brought home your invitation to attend the Kids Art Fair and PTO sponsored Family Art Night on November 19. Hopefully, your family will be able to come this exciting night of Art. You will be able to see your child's artwork on display in a beautiful frame, which you can choose to purchase...a percentage comes back to the Marshall art program. You will also be able to participate with your child in fun art station activities. In addition, Christine Raymond, a parent at Marshall and a professional artist, will be conducting a very special art experience for everyone. Be sure to return your RSVP to your child's teacher. I look forward to seeing you and your family on this night!

Start sending in cardboard tubes! One of the art stations on November 19th will be the popular creation of a HUGE cardboard tube sculpture. In the front lobby of the school, there are large boxes for your child to throw in any size, large or small, cardboard tubes for us to build this sculpture. The boxes and signs were painted by students during recent Free Art Days.

User Registration for our Website!

This year a new process has been implemented to centralize the PWCS schools’ online system allowing parents to have one user account for their school Web site log in and the Edulink Intouch log in. Marshall will only use the system to access their child's emergency card. Marshall Edulink will NOT link to report cards. To obtain your user account follow the steps below:

All parents must obtain an authorization letter in person at your child’s school in order to log in to your school’s Web site or to log in to Edulink Intouch.
This year, there is a new process to log into Edulink Intouch to view emergency information (not grades). Follow the steps below:

Go to your child’s school to receive a printed authorization letter which will have a student “passcode” that you will need when you register on your school’s Web site. Bring a photo ID. If you have children in more than one school, please go to each school in person.
After receiving the letter, go to one of your children’s school Web sites and register by clicking on the left button “New User Registration.” You only have to register once at one school Web site, even if you have children at more than one school. This will register you for 'School Fusion' (the system we use for our website). Once you have registered with School Fusion, then you can register (using the same user name and password) with EduLink Intouch (see left navigation).

Give this process 24-48 hours to activate.
